Office365 new alias is not working

If you are getting 550 5.4.1 [xxxx]: RECIPIENT ADDRESS REJECTED: ACCESS DENIED

if it is on the default (main) domain - wait for 24 hr for it to propogate
If it is on a secondary domain wait 24 hours or change change the DomainType to InternalRelay

To do so, Login to Exchange admin console (outlook.office365.com/ecp) -> Mailflow -> AcceptedDomain -> Select Domain.com -> Change it to “InternalRelay”
